In Australia ... in fact, in places other than Asia, the Playstation 3 is only available in black. That is why we have imported the Ceramic White PS3. Playstation 3 games are region free, so you will still be able to play games purchased from your local store on this machine but note that BluRays, DVDs and PS2 games are all region encoded. Asian version of PS3 belong to BluRay Region A, which is only compatible with US, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japanese BluRays.
Btw, rumble is back and if you already own a Playstation 3, why not get your hands on a white (or black) DualShock 3 controller? All the latest games now support rumble!
